Rabbi Binyomin Luban, who received Semicha from Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim, joined Yeshiva Toras Chaim Toras Emes nearly 15 years ago following a 14-year tenure as Rosh HaYeshiva in Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim Jerusalem. So treasured is he by his talmidim around the globe that his relocation to Miami has been the catalyst for enormous growth in Bais Medrash Zichron Ezra. Rabbi Luban makes it a priority to spend time with every bochur, and continues to enjoy a tremendous following.

Rabbi Yisroel Y. Niman came to Yeshiva Toras Chaim Toras Emes over a quarter of a century ago after receiving Semicha from Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim. Wearing a variety of crucial hats, he serves not only a Rosh HaYeshiva and Administrator, but also as highly-sought-after Rebbe in the Yeshiva's Bais Medrash Zichron Ezra. Rabbi Niman maintains that his experience YTCTE has provided him with a keen perspective and understanding of the needs and accomplishments of the Yeshiva and the Jewish community, and has imbued him with a heightened awareness of the tremendous potential of both the individual and the community at large.

Rabbi Mordechai Palgon
Rabbi Mordechai Palgon

Rabbi Mordechai Palgon, is a musmach of and received Semicha from Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim and did his undergraduate work at Touro College. An esteemed member of the Yeshiva Toras Chaim Toras Emes family for nearly 20 years - initially as Assistant Principal, Rabbi Palgon now serves as Rosh HaYeshiva and Principal of the Dr. Abe Chames High School. Rabbi Palgon, who claims to have coined the phrase "No Child Left Behind" decades before President George W. Bush popularized it, is greatly admired for his dedication to helping every student succeed. Says Rabbi Palgon, "As a nation, we cannot afford to fail with any child. Therefore, whatever needs to be done must be done!" In addition to his work with our students throughout the school year, Rabbi Palgon has, for the past 35 years, spends several weeks each summer in Camp Mogen Avrohom as a most valued member of their administration.

Rabbi Ephraim Palgon, Founding Principal of the Rohr Middle School, attended Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim for 11 years and received Semicha in August 1995. Rabbi Palgon thoroughly embraces the concept that children learn best when they feel good about themselves, and that every child has the potential to be a true leader - one who makes good decisions and thereby has a positive influence on others. Widely acclaimed for his ability to connect with each and every student, Rabbi Palgon has developed Rohr Middle School into the perfect stepping stone between their elementary and high school years.

A graduate of Yeshiva College, Rabbi Kalman Baumann received Semicha from the Rabbinical Seminary of America/Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim. Joining the Yeshiva Toras Chaim Toras Emes family as Principal of the Klurman Elementary School in 1986 following his tenure as Dean of Valley Torah High School in Los Angles, Rabbi Baumann's mission is to help every student believe in his or her own potential for greatness. An acclaimed educator and administrator with over 30 years' experience, he was a member of the first cohort of the Senior Leadership Fellowship of Torah U'Mesorah for senior Menahalim and founded and directed the Principals' Training Institute of the Consortium of Jewish Day Schools. Rabbi Baumann also serves as the Rabbinic Director of the Chevra Kadisha of South Florida and is a Member of the Vaad HaRabbonim of Hatzalah of Miami Dade.
Rabbi Noam Grossman

A Miami native, Rabbi Noam Grossman grew up within the Yeshiva Toras Chaim Toras Emes family. He continued his post-high school learning at Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim, from which he received Semicha. While learning at Chofetz Chaim, Rabbi Grossman spent 7 years working for the Queens division of JEP (Jewish Education Program) and 1 year teaching High School before returning to Miami in 2008. Passionate about teaching children Torah, his interactions with his students and the close relationships he establishes with them promote and encourage a true love of learning.
